About the Role

As a Real Estate Paralegal with Orion Placement in Orlando, you will play a hands-on part in moving commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing. Compensation for this position ranges from $70,000 to $85,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist attorneys throughout the lifecycle of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and organize closing documents, title materials, and related transactional paperwork.
• Coordinate due diligence, track key deadlines, and help keep each matter on schedule.
• Communicate with clients, title companies, lenders, and other parties to gather and confirm transaction details.
• Maintain accurate, well-ordered files and support the legal team on meaningful, trusted assignments.

Qualifications

• Prior paralegal experience in commercial real estate or business law transactions.
• Strong command of closing procedures, title review, and real estate documentation.
• Sharp attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with attorneys and outside parties.
