AJG Holdings and Wholesale is searching for a driven hospitality professional to step into a General Manager in Training role at our Firehouse Subs location in Wheat Ridge, Jefferson County. About the Role

As a General Manager in Training, you will learn the day-to-day mechanics of running a high-volume Firehouse Subs restaurant from the ground up. The program prepares you to take ownership of operations, develop a strong team, and protect the guest experience that has earned Firehouse Subs its reputation. You will work alongside experienced leaders while building the skills needed to manage a profitable, well-run location in Wheat Ridge.

• Lead, coach, and motivate a productive team to consistently meet performance goals
• Oversee daily restaurant operations and uphold standards for quality, cleanliness, and service
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve guest concerns with care
