About the Role

As a Station Cook with Atlas Group COS, you'll work the line inside COATI's distinctive food pods, where guest orders move fast and presentation matters. This full-time position is based entirely on-site in Stratmoor Hills, El Paso County, and is ideal for cooks who thrive in a high-energy, guest-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by closely following the recipes and standards set by the Chef and kitchen leadership.
• Assist guests as they place their orders, helping ensure every request is accurate.
• Cook and assemble dishes efficiently so orders reach guests quickly and at their best.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station throughout each shift.
• Collaborate with fellow cooks and crew members to keep service running smoothly during busy and event-filled periods.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience as a line cook, station cook, or in a similar kitchen position.
• Ability to read, follow, and execute recipes precisely to a Chef's specifications.
• Comfort working at a fast pace while keeping quality and accuracy high.
• Strong teamwork and clear communication with both staff and guests.
• Availability to work on-site full-time in Stratmoor Hills, El Paso County.
