As a full-time Production Lead – Electromechanical Assembly, you will anchor day-to-day operations on the assembly floor in Guadalupe, Arizona. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate a team of electromechanical assemblers to meet daily production targets.
- Oversee the build, integration, and inspection of electromechanical assemblies and subassemblies.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials.
- Drive quality, safety, and continuous-improvement practices across the production line.
- Train, support, and guide team members while resolving workflow and assembly issues as they arise.
- Partner with engineering and operations to keep schedules, materials, and output on track.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in electromechanical assembly or a closely related manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, or team-lead capability on a production floor.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and workplace safety.
