About the Role
As Production Manager (College Dr.), you will direct the day-to-day donation intake and production workflow for the store, keeping operations efficient, profitable, and fully aligned with company standards. You will guide your team to move incoming donations from the donation door to the sales floor quickly, ensuring merchandise is processed and ready to generate revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and energize the daily donation and production operations of the store to meet or surpass budget goals.
- Ensure all activities remain compliant with established company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Lead and coach the backroom production team to keep donated goods flowing efficiently to the sales floor.
- Maximize the conversion of donated items into store revenue while maintaining quality and operational standards.
- Monitor production pace and output to support timely stocking and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience, ideally within retail, warehouse, production, or donation-processing settings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage workflow, priorities, and a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort working toward budget targets and operational metrics.
- Commitment to following and enforcing company policies and procedures.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work at the Commerce Park location in East Baton Rouge Parish.
