Adecco is now hiring full-time Manufacturing Associates in Pittsfield, Pike County, partnering with a respected local manufacturer to staff motivated production team members on 1st Shift. About the Role

As a Manufacturing Associate in Pittsfield, you'll be at the heart of a busy production floor, supporting day-to-day operations that keep quality products moving out the door. This is a 1st Shift position offering steady weekday hours, available overtime, and a clear temp-to-hire pathway into permanent employment with the manufacturer.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and tend production machinery safely and efficiently throughout your shift
• Prepare products and materials to meet quality and output standards
• Apply accurate labeling to finished goods and packaging
• Inspect items during the manufacturing process to confirm they meet specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with facility procedures
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to keep production on schedule

Qualifications

• Availability for 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:30 PM Monday through Thursday, and 6:00 AM–2:30 PM Friday
• Comfort performing hands-on, physical work in a manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail for inspection and labeling tasks
• Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to workplace safety
• Ability to work well within a production team environment

Schedule & Pay

• 1st Shift, full-time, on-site in Pittsfield, Pike County
• Pay rate: $19 per hour, with overtime opportunities available
• Temp-to-hire placement with the local manufacturer
