Semiconductor Technician

Honeywell Aerospace is hiring a full-time Semiconductor Technician in Hamel, Hennepin County, to help manufacture precision integrated-circuit products for a global customer base. About the Role

As a Semiconductor Technician with Honeywell Aerospace, you will run, monitor, and support the day-to-day production activities that keep our wafer fabrication line moving. Working alongside the IC Wafer Fab team in Hamel, Hennepin County, you'll process, evaluate, and verify product to make certain that every item leaving your station meets the demanding quality standards our customers depend on.

Key Responsibilities

• Manufacture dependable, high-quality semiconductor products and deliver service that supports customer satisfaction.
• Carry out processing, testing, and inspection of wafers and IC product throughout the fabrication workflow.
• Configure equipment and oversee production runs to keep output consistent and on specification.
• Take ownership of your assigned work area, keeping it operating safely, cleanly, and efficiently.
• Identify and flag quality or process concerns so issues are resolved before product moves downstream.

Qualifications

• A meticulous, detail-driven approach suited to precise, repeatable semiconductor processing tasks.
• Commitment to following safety protocols and maintaining an orderly cleanroom or fabrication environment.
• Comfort operating and monitoring production equipment and recording accurate results.
• Willingness to work on-site in Hamel, Hennepin County, as part of a collaborative manufacturing team.
