About the Role
As a Lead Installation Technician with Quick Servant Co Inc, you will take charge of installing and commissioning commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment for business clients throughout the Baltimore area. This is an on-site, full-time position ideal for an experienced technician ready to step into a leadership-focused role within a growing commercial service company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the installation of commercial HVAC, refrigeration, and cooking equipment systems
- Ensure each installation meets quality, safety, and code standards for commercial environments
- Diagnose and resolve issues that arise during the installation process
- Coordinate work on-site to keep projects running smoothly and on schedule
- Support and guide fellow technicians, sharing knowledge across the team
Qualifications
- A Master's, Journeyman, or Apprentice license, or comparable hands-on experience in the commercial refrigeration field
- Practical knowledge of HVAC, refrigeration, and commercial cooking equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and complete installations to a high standard
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking a lead role on the job site
