Working full-time out of our Lawrenceville location, you will respond to water intrusion events, mitigate damage, and guide each project toward a complete, high-quality restoration. Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to water damage emergencies for residential and commercial properties throughout the Gwinnett County area
• Assess affected structures, locate sources of moisture, and determine the appropriate scope of mitigation
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, dehumidification, and moisture monitoring using industry-standard equipment
• Document job progress, readings, and on-site conditions accurately for reporting and accountability
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with property owners during difficult situations
• Mentor and support junior technicians, sharing best practices and upholding quality standards on every job

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in water damage restoration or a closely related mitigation field
• Strong working knowledge of extraction, drying, and moisture-detection techniques and equipment
• Leadership ability and a willingness to guide less-experienced team members
• Dependability and flexibility to respond when emergencies arise
