About the Role

As a Stock Supervisor at Carter's in Sunrise, Broward County, you are often the first person customers meet, setting the tone for a warm and memorable shopping experience. From greeting new parents and grandparents to guiding them toward baby essentials and milestone-ready outfits, you help families celebrate every stage — first days, first steps, and everything in between. This is a full-time position based on-site at our Sunrise location.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as the face of the Carter's brand and help create a friendly, family-focused store environment.
• Introduce shoppers to baby essentials and seasonal apparel, offering helpful, personalized recommendations.
• Oversee stockroom operations, including receiving, organizing, and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor.
• Support daily store functions and assist in coordinating the work of stock and sales team members.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and keep stock areas tidy, safe, and efficiently arranged.
• Partner with store leadership to meet operational goals and uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Comfort with stockroom tasks, including moving and handling merchandise.
