About the Role

Based on Hansen Road in Brown County, this full-time, on-site position centers on the everyday administration and ongoing enhancement of the iCIMS Applicant Tracking System. As the iCIMS ATS Administrator, you'll keep the platform running smoothly while partnering closely with Talent Acquisition Partners, the HR Technology team, and HR Managers to make sure the system supports the way the business hires.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operation of iCIMS, including system configuration and routine upkeep.
• Provide hands-on support and training to users across the recruiting and HR functions.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to keep the ATS reliable and available.
• Safeguard and maintain data integrity within the platform.
• Drive continuous improvement so iCIMS stays aligned with evolving hiring needs.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners, HR Technology, and HR Managers on shared priorities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on familiarity administering the iCIMS ATS or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Skill in system configuration, troubleshooting, and maintaining clean, accurate data.
• Confidence supporting and training end users at varying levels of technical comfort.
• A collaborative approach to working with talent acquisition and HR stakeholders.
