About the Role
As a People Operations Specialist (Temporary) at Ethos Life, you will serve as a day-to-day point of contact for people-related administration across our US workforce. Working on-site, you'll partner closely with the broader People team to deliver a smooth, reliable employee experience while maintaining clean records and dependable workflows throughout the duration of this temporary assignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer core people operations processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle changes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and data within HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and integrity.
- Respond to employee questions about policies, procedures, and people programs in a timely, helpful manner.
- Coordinate documentation, compliance tasks, and routine reporting to support the People team.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve everyday HR workflows.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in human resources, people operations, or a related administrative function.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Excellent organizational skills and comfort juggling multiple priorities at once.
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable working with HR tools, spreadsheets, and digital systems.
- Availability to commit to a full-time, temporary engagement based in the US.
