Customer Support Specialist – Policy

Lexipol is hiring a Customer Support Specialist - Policy to support the agencies and organizations that depend on our policy solutions every day. This is a full-time, remote, US-based opportunity open to candidates living anywhere in the United States.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist - Policy at Lexipol, you will serve as a trusted first point of contact for customers using our policy products. While Lexipol is rooted in The Colony, Denton County, this position is fully remote, allowing you to assist clients from your own home office as part of a collaborative, mission-focused team.

Key Responsibilities

• Field customer questions about Lexipol's policy offerings with accuracy, patience, and professionalism.
• Walk users through product features, troubleshooting steps, and account-related concerns.
• Carefully log interactions and route more complex matters to the right internal teams.
• Cultivate positive relationships that strengthen customer confidence and long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must already live within the United States, as this is a remote, US-based role.
• Must be a United States citizen or a Green Card holder.
• No visa sponsorship is offered or transferable — including H-1B, student, or OPT visas — and no exceptions apply.
• Clear communication skills paired with a genuine, customer-first approach.

Compensation

This role pays $24 per hour, which works out to roughly $49,920 per year.
