About the Role
As a full-time Customer Care Specialist based in Lehi, UT, you will be the welcoming first point of contact for the individuals Serenity serves. This on-site position is centered on creating reassuring, positive experiences that leave every person feeling encouraged and genuinely looked after. The role offers compensation of $23–$30 per hour, along with quarterly performance-based bonuses.
