As an FP&A Specialist I at AgReliant Genetics, you will support the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes that guide business decisions across our North America operations. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
• Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop clear management reports and dashboards that translate numbers into actionable insight.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather assumptions and support data-informed decisions.
• Help maintain financial models and ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
• Contribute to month-end close activities and ad hoc analysis as needed.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and a working knowledge of financial reporting tools.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to present findings clearly.
