About the Role

This full-time, on-site Sales Representative position with Purchase Green Artificial Grass — part of The Recreational Group — centers on growing revenue through genuine, trust-based client relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager within the Sales department, you'll apply a Needs Satisfaction selling approach to understand what each prospect truly wants and guide them toward the right product. This role is based in Santa Rosa Valley, Ventura County, and is not remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture lasting relationships with both new prospects and previous customers to generate sales.
• Use Needs Satisfaction sales techniques to identify each client's goals and recommend fitting artificial grass solutions.
• Build a foundation of trust and credibility that keeps customers coming back and referring others.
• Support the store's revenue targets while working closely under the direction of the Store Manager.
• Represent the Purchase Green brand professionally throughout every customer interaction.

Qualifications
