About the Role
As a Merchandiser with Adams Beverages Nc Llc, you will partner closely with our sales team to bring merchandising standards to life across retail accounts in and around Hampstead. This is a non-exempt, full-time position centered on improving in-store product visibility and supporting the success of an assigned delivery route. You will work alongside route sales representatives and report directly to a Sales Manager or Area Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out company merchandising standards consistently across assigned retail locations.
- Support the designated route, the route sales representative, and the supervising manager day to day.
- Build attractive, well-stocked product displays that strengthen brand presence on the shelf.
- Help drive sales for Adams Beverages by keeping product visible, organized, and readily available to shoppers.
- Coordinate with the sales department to ensure account needs are met efficiently.
Qualifications
- Comfortable with physical, hands-on merchandising work in a retail store setting.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow established merchandising guidelines.
- A team player who communicates well with sales representatives and supervisors.
- Willing and able to travel within the Hampstead area on an assigned route.
- Authorized to work full-time in Leland, Brunswick County and the surrounding region.
