About the Role

Snap-on is expanding its field-based sales team and seeking a driven Outside Sales Representative to champion our Shop Essentials line throughout the Orlando, Orange County area. In this full-time, customer-facing position, you will spend your days on the road connecting directly with shops and serious tradespeople, building lasting relationships and matching their work to the right Snap-on solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Snap-on Shop Essentials product line across your assigned Orlando, Orange County territory.
• Visit professional customers in the field to understand their needs and recommend fitting tools and equipment.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships that earn repeat business and referrals.
• Manage your own route and schedule to keep customers supported and consistently engaged.
• Work collaboratively with fellow team members to advance shared sales goals.

Qualifications

• A genuine passion for face-to-face selling and delivering attentive, hands-on customer care.
• Self-motivated and dependable, comfortable owning a field-based territory independently.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Willingness to travel locally throughout Orlando and the surrounding Orange County region.
