Director, Ticket Sales

The Philadelphia 76ers and Harris Blitzer Sports & Entertainment (HBSE) are hiring a Director, Ticket Sales in South Camden, Camden County to spearhead new business ticketing and accelerate revenue across the organization's most sought-after seating products. This full-time, on-site leadership role puts you at the center of one of the NBA's most ambitious commercial sales operations.

About the Role

As Director, Ticket Sales, you will shape and carry out the strategy behind HBSE's new business ticketing efforts. Reporting into the organization's revenue leadership, you'll own the playbook for growing sales while guiding a team of manager-level leaders and their direct reports toward ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy for new business ticket sales across the organization.
• Grow revenue through full season memberships, partial ticket plans, and premium hospitality offerings.
• Lead, coach, and develop manager-level sales leaders and the teams they oversee.
• Set performance goals, track results, and hold the sales organization accountable to revenue objectives.
• Build repeatable sales processes that turn prospects into long-term ticket holders.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ticket sales or comparable revenue-generating roles, ideally within sports and entertainment.
• Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Strong command of season membership, partial plan, and premium hospitality sales strategies.
• Ability to set strategic direction while staying close to day-to-day execution.
• Willingness to work full-time and on-site in South Camden, Camden County.
