Keyes Hyundai of Van Nuys, part of the Lithia & Driveway family, is hiring a results-driven Internet Sales Representative in Van Nuys, Los Angeles County to convert online interest into satisfied, returning customers.

About the Role

As an Internet Sales Representative at our Keyes Hyundai of Van Nuys dealership (L0375), you will be the first point of contact for shoppers who reach out through digital channels. Your mission is to engage incoming online leads, guide prospective buyers through their vehicle journey, and deliver a buying experience that earns trust and rewards your effort. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Van Nuys.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to internet and digital sales inquiries and nurture them toward a confident purchase decision.
• Build genuine relationships with prospective buyers and shepherd them from first contact through delivery.
• Match customers with the right Hyundai vehicle by understanding their needs, budget, and preferences.
• Maintain consistent follow-up to keep leads engaged and move opportunities forward.
• Contribute to dealership sales goals while upholding the customer-first reputation of Lithia & Driveway.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused, sales-oriented mindset.
• Comfort managing online leads and digital correspondence.
• Availability for a full-time, 40-hour week scheduled Wednesday through Sunday, with Monday and Tuesday off.
• Willingness to work within sales department hours: Monday–Saturday 8:30 AM–9:00 PM and Sunday 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
