Key Responsibilities

• Support the daily operation, upkeep, and continuous improvement of plant systems and equipment

• Collaborate with operations, maintenance, and engineering colleagues to advance plant goals
• Help ensure work is completed in line with safety and environmental standards

Qualifications

• An engineering degree or equivalent technical background suited to a power generation environment
• Experience appropriate to the Engineer I, II, or III level for which you are considered
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively as part of a plant team in Ortonville, Big Stone County
• Willingness to work on-site full-time at the Big Stone Plant
