This full-time, on-site position places you at the heart of a mission to make millions of people living and working in space a reality, supporting safe, dependable hardware through rigorous internal auditing.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and document internal audits to confirm adherence to quality management systems, processes, and applicable standards.
• Identify nonconformances, root causes, and improvement opportunities, then track corrective actions to closure.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and program teams to strengthen quality controls and reduce risk.
• Lead continuous-improvement initiatives that boost efficiency, reliability, and repeatability across operations.
• Maintain accurate audit records and report findings clearly to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Engineering background with experience in quality assurance, internal auditing, or continuous improvement.
• Working knowledge of quality management systems, audit methodologies, and corrective-action processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Eligibility to work on-site full-time in Huntsville, Madison County.
