Key Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain Windows server environments to ensure consistent reliability and performance.
• Work hand-in-hand with customers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, offering guidance and resolving complex systems issues.
• Support the design and implementation of infrastructure that solves practical, mission-focused problems.
• Collaborate with technical leaders and partners to refine and improve solution delivery.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise administering Windows systems at a senior or SME level.
• Strong collaborative and communication skills for working directly with customers and stakeholders.

• Ability to work on-site at Redstone Arsenal in Madison County, Alabama (this position is not remote).
