About the Role
As a Senior Software Developer at Fusion Technology, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from designing scalable solutions to writing clean, maintainable code and mentoring fellow engineers. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity based in the US, ideal for a seasoned technologist who thrives on solving complex problems and shaping high-quality software.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain robust software applications that meet performance and reliability standards
- Translate technical and business requirements into well-structured, scalable solutions
- Write, review, and refactor high-quality code while upholding engineering best practices
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teammates to deliver projects on schedule
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing systems for stability and efficiency
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior members of the development team
Qualifications
- Proven, hands-on experience as a software developer, with the depth expected at a senior level
- Strong command of software design principles, development methodologies, and the full software lifecycle
- Ability to independently drive projects from concept through delivery
- Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Effective communicator who works well within a collaborative team environment
- Eligibility to work on-site in the United States
