About the Role
As a Systems Administrator at 9th Way Insignia, you will be responsible for the day-to-day health of the servers, networks, and enterprise IT environments that power our government customers' missions. This is a full-time, US-based position that places you at the center of how we deliver dependable technology in support of cybersecurity, cloud modernization, and enterprise architecture initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain server, operating system, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, resolving issues proactively
- Apply patches, updates, and security hardening to keep environments protected and compliant
- Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions in line with security policies
- Perform backups, support recovery procedures, and help safeguard data integrity
- Document configurations and collaborate with engineering and security teams to support enterprise IT goals
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience administering systems, servers, and networks in a professional setting
- Working knowledge of operating systems, IT security practices, and infrastructure troubleshooting
- Familiarity with supporting enterprise IT, cloud, or cybersecurity environments is a plus
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work on-site within the US
- Eligibility to support government customers and adhere to applicable security requirements
