Requirements
- Lead and direct accounting staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs.
- Perform complex accounting analysis to validate financial statements and identify potential errors.
- Assess and enhance accounting workflows to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Drive the successful completion of departmental and project milestones.
- Research and interpret accounting standards to develop and refine internal processes and procedures.
