Requirements
- Several years of experience in a similar brand or marketing role
- Strong understanding of brand marketing and positioning in a digital environment
- Analytical mindset with experience using data and customer insights to drive decisions
- Broad knowledge of relevant marketing channels, from brand to performance marketing
- Hands-on experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, and content productions
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend
- Experience working with analytics, attribution, and marketing measurement models
- Professional proficiency in German, both written and spoken
- Experience in performance marketing, CRM, or evidence-based marketing is a plus
- Experience in e-commerce and start-up or scale-up environments is a plus
