Reports Analyst (Pooling)

RingCentral is seeking a Reports Analyst to analyze trends, ensure compliance across international jurisdictions, and provide narrative that helps leadership understand global financial health. The role involves developing, maintaining, and automating monthly, quarterly, and year-end reporting packages for international subsidiaries, performing deep-dive analysis into international P&L accounts, and ensuring all reports adhere to US GAAP and local statutory requirements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years experience in a high growth Technology or Software/SaaS environment
• 2–4 years of experience in a reporting or financial analyst role, preferably within a global SaaS or tech company
• Expert-level Excel (Power Query, Pivot Tables, Macros)
• Experience with Quickbooks is highly preferred
• Familiarity with BI/visualization tools
• Accounting Knowledge: solid understanding of the accounting cycle and, ideally, exposure to multi-currency consolidations or international tax concepts
• Mindset: thrive in a ‘growth mindset’ environment, find solutions and suggest ways to automate manual tasks
• Collaboration and Communication Skills: ability to communicate clearly and succinctly in prose, presentations, and verbally to multiple levels within the organization
• Willing to work on night shift ( 8am – 5pm PST )
