Zip is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage their rapidly growing customer base across all industries. The role involves advising customers on how to transform B2B purchasing and creating immediate value and efficiency for employees.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant work experience in customer-facing customer success, account management, or strategic consulting
- Procurement experience and/or familiarity with procurement technologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish quick rapport and trust with customers
- Strong project management skills and ability to think about workflow efficiency
