Housing Case Manager

U.S.Vets is hiring a full-time Housing Case Manager in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, to help veterans and their families move from homelessness into stable, permanent housing.

About the Role

As a Housing Case Manager with U.S.Vets in Inglewood, you will partner one-on-one with veterans, walking alongside them through each stage of securing and keeping a home. From the first housing search to a successful move-in and beyond, you will provide the hands-on guidance that turns a transition out of homelessness into lasting housing stability. This position is well suited to someone who finds purpose in mission-driven work and direct service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support veterans through every phase of the housing journey, from initial search to long-term retention.
• Assist clients in locating suitable housing options that fit their needs and circumstances.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords to open doors and resolve concerns.
• Help veterans navigate lease agreements and complete the steps required to sign.
• Coordinate move-in logistics so the transition into a new home goes smoothly.
• Deliver ongoing housing stability services that help clients stay housed.

Qualifications

• A genuine commitment to serving veterans and their families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working directly with clients and landlords.
• The organization and follow-through needed to manage multiple steps of the housing process at once.
• Comfort working on-site in Inglewood, Los Angeles County, in a collaborative, mission-focused environment.
