Lazer is a world-class digital product studio seeking a Senior Delivery Manager, Enterprise AI to lead the delivery of complex software initiatives end-to-end, owning scoping, execution, and launch. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm or an enterprise technology services environment, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and managing enterprise client relationships.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Accenture, Deloitte, or equivalent) or an enterprise technology services environment
- Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end
- Strong commercial instinct
- Deep experience working directly with enterprise clients in a B2B or services environment
- Strong operator with an unblocking mentality
- AI-forward in how you work, using AI tools daily to automate workflows
- Technically fluent, able to work closely with engineers and translate clearly between technical execution and business outcomes
