Walbridge is hiring a full-time Construction Scheduler in Saline, Washtenaw County, to help drive successful project delivery across complex commercial and industrial builds.

About the Role

As a Construction Scheduler at Walbridge, you will partner directly with our construction and engineering teams to build, maintain, and refine detailed project schedules that keep work moving from groundbreaking to closeout. This on-site position in Saline supports the broader business goals of both Walbridge and the clients we serve, ensuring every milestone is planned, tracked, and met.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop thorough, end-to-end construction schedules in close coordination with project and engineering staff.
• Update and revise schedules at key project milestones and as deliverables are completed.
• Monitor progress against planned timelines and flag potential delays or conflicts early.
• Align scheduling activities with the objectives of Walbridge and our clients.
• Communicate schedule status, changes, and impacts clearly to project stakeholders.

• Familiarity with construction scheduling practices and project planning workflows.
