About the Role
As a Journeyman Electrician with Facility Solutions Group in Gilbert, you'll own the full lifecycle of electrical work—mapping out layouts, running new wiring, and servicing existing systems. Beyond the technical craft, you'll act as a mentor to Apprentice Electricians, model FSG's core values through outstanding customer service, and keep safety at the center of every job on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and sketch electrical layouts for installation and repair projects.
- Install, troubleshoot, and repair wiring, fixtures, control equipment, and related apparatus.
- Guide, train, and develop Apprentice Electricians on the job.
- Deliver attentive customer service that reflects the values of Facility Solutions Group.
- Confirm that all work is completed safely and meets applicable standards.
Qualifications
- Experience as a Journeyman Electrician with proven hands-on installation and repair skills.
- Working knowledge of electrical wiring, fixtures, and control systems.
- Ability to interpret layouts and produce accurate sketches.
- Strong commitment to jobsite safety and quality workmanship.
- Willingness to mentor apprentices and collaborate as part of a team.
- Available for full-time, on-site work in Gilbert, Maricopa County (this position is not remote).
