Safety Manager

About the Role

As Safety Manager, you will lead safety operations throughout the Maine region, with responsibilities spanning sites from Bangor to Limerick. Working hand-in-hand with operations leadership, you will spend much of your time in the field, strengthening training programs and reinforcing safe practices where the work actually happens.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day safety operations across construction locations throughout the Maine region.
• Travel regularly to job sites between Bangor and Limerick to support and observe crews on the ground.
• Collaborate closely with operations leaders to align safety goals with project execution.
• Develop, refine, and deliver training systems that raise awareness and improve compliance.
• Champion a proactive safety culture and lead initiatives that reduce risk on every site.

Qualifications

• Background in construction or industrial safety management.
• Strong field presence and genuine comfort working on active construction sites.
• Proven ability to partner with operations teams and positively influence frontline behavior.
• Experience building or improving safety training programs.
• Willingness to travel across the Maine region, as this is a highly field-oriented role.
