About the Role

As a full-time Donor Screener with Takeda in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County, you will serve as one of the first faces donors meet when they arrive at our BioLife facility. This on-site position focuses on welcoming donors, confirming eligibility, and ensuring every visit meets the high safety and quality standards that make plasma donation possible.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in plasma donors, creating a positive and respectful experience from the moment they arrive.
• Review and verify donor eligibility information accurately and confidentially.
• Record health histories and screening details with precision and care.
• Follow established safety, hygiene, and regulatory procedures throughout the screening process.
• Support smooth daily operations by collaborating with center staff and answering donor questions.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine commitment to customer service.
• Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
• Willingness to learn and apply screening protocols and compliance requirements.
• Reliability and comfort working on-site full-time in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma County.
