About the Role
As a Salesperson with Advance Stores Company in the Village of Indian Springs, Butler County, you will support our do-it-yourself (DIY) customers while helping the store reach its sales and service goals. Key Responsibilities
- Assist DIY customers and help meet store sales and service targets.
- Apply working knowledge of store systems to process transactions and locate products.
- Use basic automotive system understanding to guide customers toward the correct parts.
- Identify and source parts from store shelves, hubs, PDQ, and outside suppliers.
- Draw on detailed familiarity with store inventory to keep customers moving.
Qualifications
- Comfort working with store systems and point-of-sale tools.
- Foundational knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
- Ability to track down inventory through internal and external sourcing channels.
- A customer-first attitude and willingness to learn in an entry-level role.
- Availability for full-time, on-site work in the Village of Indian Springs, Butler County (this position is not remote).
