About the Role
As an OTR Dry Van Company Driver based in Richfield, Summit County, you will haul dry van freight across long-haul lanes while representing a carrier known for its people-first culture. Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a dry van tractor-trailer on over-the-road routes, delivering freight on schedule.
- Complete thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to keep equipment road-ready.
- Maintain accurate logs and stay compliant with all DOT and federal safety regulations.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, customers, and fellow team members.
- Uphold a strong safety record and protect the cargo entrusted to you.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL-A) with verifiable OTR driving experience.
- Willingness to run over-the-road schedules and spend extended time away from home.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and regulatory compliance.

Pay & Benefits
- First-year earnings ranging from $76,000 to $92,000, based on your experience.
- A $3,000 Dry Van Transition Bonus, paid in $1,000 increments: after completing orientation, at three months, and at six months.
