About the Role
As the Talent & Culture Coordinator at Peninsula Leisure Learning Portal, you will work closely with the Talent & Culture Manager in a permanent, full-time capacity based in the US. This is a varied position that touches every stage of the employee lifecycle, giving you exposure to recruitment, onboarding, and learning and development. It is an ideal opportunity for a proactive, detail-oriented professional eager to make a tangible contribution to a busy people team.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate recruitment activities and support a smooth hiring process from start to finish.
- Facilitate onboarding so new team members feel welcomed and set up for success.
- Assist with learning and development initiatives that grow employee capability.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support across the full employee lifecycle.
- Partner with the Talent & Culture Manager and wider team on people projects and programs.
Qualifications
- A proactive, self-motivated approach with strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to support a collaborative culture.
- An interest in or experience with talent, HR, or people-and-culture functions.
- Eligibility to work full-time in the US.
