About the Role

As a Phlebotomist with Labcorp, you will be the friendly, steady presence patients rely on during specimen collection. This is an overnight position working a 10:30 PM–7:00 AM shift, covering two rotating days each week plus every other weekend. You will draw samples from patients across every age group while maintaining the quality and confidentiality standards that define Labcorp's reputation.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect blood samples using venipuncture and capillary techniques for patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric.
• Obtain specimens for a range of testing needs, including drug screens, alcohol tests, and paternity testing.
• Enter patient and specimen information into the system accurately and within required timeframes.
• Follow established safety, labeling, and handling protocols to protect sample integrity.
• Deliver a courteous, reassuring experience that puts patients at ease during each draw.

Qualifications

• Hands-on phlebotomy skill with both venipuncture and capillary collection methods.
• Comfort drawing from patients of every age group, including children and older adults.
• Strong attention to detail for precise, timely data entry and specimen labeling.
• Reliability and flexibility to support an overnight schedule that includes rotating weekday and weekend shifts.
