About the Role

As a Sales Coordinator at Starin Marketing Inc, you'll sit within the Customer Service and Fulfillment team and report to the Lead Sales Coordinator. The role is hybrid, with in-office days in Chesterton on Tuesday through Thursday. It is a non-exempt, hourly (FLSA) full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys connecting people, refining workflows, and driving performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a dependable point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Support and help coordinate the sales process from inquiry through fulfillment.
• Partner closely with the Lead Sales Coordinator and the broader Customer Service and Fulfillment department.
• Help streamline processes to keep orders, communication, and follow-up moving smoothly.
• Contribute to a team environment where people, process, and performance work together.
