About the Role

As a Remote Teleradiology Operations Coordinator with telerapp, you will sit at the heart of our Operations and Teleradiology Services team, helping ensure that imaging studies, schedules, and communications flow without friction. Reporting to the Director of Operations or the Teleradiology Operations Manager, you will be the organizational backbone that keeps daily teleradiology activity on track. This full-time position is available for immediate hire, making it ideal for an experienced coordinator ready to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day teleradiology operations and support smooth service delivery across the department.
• Act as a central point of contact between operations staff, radiologists, and partner facilities.
• Help manage scheduling, workflow tracking, and the timely handling of imaging cases.
• Maintain accurate operational records and follow established processes and standards.
• Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate closely with the Teleradiology Operations Manager.
