About the Role

This is a full-time travel position (Job ID 324948) supporting a Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) in Nashville. As an RN on this assignment, you will deliver high-acuity bedside care to cardiac and post-surgical patients across a standard 36-hour work week built on 12-hour shifts. The contract runs for 13 weeks with an ASAP start date, and pay is structured around the 36-hour, 12-hour-shift schedule (subject to confirmation).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled critical care nursing to CVICU patients recovering from cardiac and cardiovascular procedures
• Monitor hemodynamic status, titrate medications, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition
• Operate and interpret advanced monitoring and life-support equipment used in intensive care settings
• Coordinate with physicians, surgical teams, and multidisciplinary staff to execute individualized care plans
• Document assessments and interventions accurately while upholding facility and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure valid for practice in Tennessee
• Demonstrated experience in a CVICU or comparable critical care environment
• Availability for a 13-week travel contract working 12-hour shifts, 36 hours weekly
• Willingness to begin on an ASAP basis and relocate to the Nashville area for the assignment
