About the Role
The Community Choice Financial Family of Brands (CCFI) is hiring an on-site Assistant Store Manager to support our Retail Operations within the banking, insurance, and investment space. Based in Mount Pleasant, Charleston County, this role partners with branch leadership to keep day-to-day operations running smoothly while championing a customer-first experience across personal loans, retail financing, and insurance offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily operation of the branch and help ensure consistent, compliant service standards.
- Coach, mentor, and support front-line team members to strengthen performance and engagement.
- Deliver and model outstanding customer service for personal loans, retail financing, and insurance products.
- Contribute to branch sales goals and help drive results through everyday operational excellence.
- Step in to support store management duties as needed to maintain a productive, welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in retail operations, financial services, or a comparable customer-facing leadership setting.
- Demonstrated ability to coach and motivate front-line staff toward shared goals.
- Strong customer service skills with comfort discussing loan, financing, and insurance products.
- Availability to work full-time, on-site at the Mount Pleasant, Charleston County location.
