About the Role

As a Business Relationship Support Representative on the GPL Dedicated CSO 2 team, you will sit within Wells Fargo's Enterprise Functions and serve as a key point of contact for an assigned book of business. This Charlotte-based position focuses on safeguarding strong, lasting client relationships by coordinating day-to-day account support and partnering closely with the business teams who manage those relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver responsive, hands-on support across a defined portfolio of customers
• Collaborate with business client managers to service and maintain client accounts
• Help oversee the end-to-end customer experience, resolving requests and surfacing issues promptly
• Coordinate with internal partners across Global Payments & Liquidity to keep account activity running smoothly
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes that support relationship continuity

Qualifications

• Experience supporting customers, clients, or business relationships in a financial services or banking environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities
• Clear written and verbal communication for working with clients and internal teams
• A detail-oriented, service-first mindset focused on the overall customer experience
