Client Service Manager – Water/Wastewater

Kennedy Jenks is hiring a full-time Client Service Manager – Water/Wastewater in Federal Way, King County, to help guide client relationships and project delivery across our expanding Washington practice.

About the Role

As a Client Service Manager focused on water and wastewater work, you will be the connective link between Kennedy Jenks and the clients we serve. The position blends relationship leadership with hands-on project management, shaping account strategy while ensuring engagements are delivered to our quality, schedule, and budget expectations. This is an on-site opportunity based in Federal Way, King County.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact for water and wastewater programs.
• Shape client-focused strategies and assemble the right project teams to carry them out.
• Coordinate the planning and execution of work so that Kennedy Jenks services are delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Take on project management duties, overseeing scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Uphold company standards and meet established deadlines throughout each engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing clients and projects, ideally within the water or wastewater sector.
• Strong collaborative skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams toward shared goals.
