About the Role

As an IT Helpdesk Technician at Golden Hippo, you'll be the first line of support for team members across the organization, troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues so colleagues can stay productive. This is an onsite position based at our Woodland Hills headquarters, ideal for a detail-oriented technologist who enjoys hands-on support in a collaborative, high-energy environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets covering desktops, laptops, peripherals, and common business applications.
• Diagnose and repair hardware, software, and network connectivity problems for end users.
• Set up, configure, and deploy workstations, accounts, and access for new and existing employees.
• Document issues, solutions, and procedures to build a reliable internal knowledge base.
• Escalate complex technical matters to senior IT staff while following up to closure.

Qualifications

• Practical experience providing IT helpdesk or desktop support in a professional setting.
• Working knowledge of Windows environments, productivity software, and basic networking.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts paired with clear, patient communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize effectively onsite in Woodland Hills.
