Join Somfy and strengthen our team as a Sales Advisor for the Region West (northern Ruhr, Münsterland, East Westphalia, North-/Central Hesse). We are looking for a candidate with completed studies in business administration, engineering, or architecture, and practical experience in the field of ‘object business’ and handling of construction projects.
Requirements
- Completed studies in business administration, engineering, or architecture
- Technique-friendly and technology-interested, but solution-oriented thinking and customer benefit in focus
- Practical experience in the field of ‘object business’ and handling of construction projects
- Deep experience in dealing with top decision-makers
- Good technical knowledge in relation to building (e.g. basics of building physics), building management (e.g. control systems), and knowledge of relevant building regulations and ordinances
- Excellent communication and rhetorical skills (keyword:’storytelling’) and confident appearance at decision-maker level
- Experience in building formal and informal networks
- Experience with lead tools such as IBAU-Xplorer is an advantage
- Good self-organization
- Willingness to travel
- Good English language skills in writing and speech desired
- Control of relevant office software (MS-Office, Outlook) and experience with CRM systems
