We’re looking for a QuickBooks Bookkeeper to join our team at MainStreet. As a bookkeeper, you’ll accurately categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain clean ledgers. You’ll also provide exceptional customer service and communication to our clients, taking the initiative to identify and resolve client concerns proactively.
Requirements
- QuickBooks Online Certification
- 1+ year of experience in bookkeeping, auditing, or tax preparation
- 1+ years of customer-facing or client service experience
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
