Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Manager

Successful Living Supportive Housing Program is seeking a dedicated Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Manager to lead and expand our IPR services in Iowa City, Johnson County. This full-time, on-site leadership role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference in the lives of adults living with chronic mental illness.

About the Role

As the Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program Manager (IPR Manager), you will oversee the day-to-day operation, facilitation, and continued growth of the Successful Living IPR program. Building your curriculum on the foundation of the IPR Boston Model, you will guide participants aged 18 and older through a structured rehabilitation journey designed to help them choose, achieve, and sustain personally meaningful goals across their living, learning, and working environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the facilitation and ongoing operation of the Intensive Psychiatric Rehabilitation program in Iowa City
• Apply the IPR Boston Model as the framework for program curriculum and service delivery
• Support adults 18 years and older diagnosed with a chronic mental illness in identifying, pursuing, and maintaining their personal goals
• Help participants make progress in their living, learning, and work-related aspirations
• Drive the growth and continued development of the IPR program

Qualifications

• Experience working with adults who have chronic mental illness diagnoses
• Familiarity with psychiatric rehabilitation principles, ideally the IPR Boston Model
• Strong program coordination, facilitation, and leadership capabilities
• A genuine commitment to person-centered, goal-driven support
• Ability to work full-time on-site in Iowa City, Johnson County (this role is not remote)
