About the Role
As a Cronoanalista at Dass, you will work within the apparel and garment-making (Confecção) area, focusing on the measurement and optimization of production time. This on-site position in the US plays a direct part in strengthening manufacturing performance, helping teams hit targets while keeping processes lean and predictable.
Key Responsibilities
- Study, measure, and analyze production times across garment manufacturing stages.
- Plan and balance workflows to raise efficiency and minimize waste throughout the line.
- Build detailed production schedules that support reliable, on-time output.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend practical improvements to manufacturing methods.
- Partner with production and supervisory teams to keep timing standards accurate and current.
Qualifications
- Experience or training in time-and-motion analysis, preferably within garment or apparel manufacturing.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and a process-improvement mindset.
- Ability to create and maintain clear, structured production schedules.
- Comfort working on-site and collaborating directly with manufacturing teams in the US.
